I first interacted with Colby during my research phase while I was deciding on a vehicle. He was very helpful, and not pushy at all; he took the time to answer my questions, and let me look and test drive as needed. When I was ready to pull the trigger, I went back to him and both he and Tanner seamlessly helped me through the process of leasing my Palisade. They were very fair and open and communicated clearly when it came to negotiating the price on the Palisade and my trade in. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed after the sale was complete, and Jase and Kyle did not hesitate to jump in and get things resolved expeditiously! In addition to the sale, they did an outstanding job on the customizations that I ordered through them. The service department was also great to work with in getting the wireless charging pad ordered that was DOA from the factory, and got me squeezed in the next day once they got the part. I definitely recommend these folks if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I purchased a new Tucson hybrid from Murdock Hyundai Logan. I had shopped at the local Nissan and Toyota dealerships in Logan and was not taken seriously, I guess. The salesperson at Murdock Hyundai was JJ Johns. JJ was helpful, friendly and competent. He treated me like I mattered which is sometimes not the case when dealing with an 82 year old grandma. I am happy with the car. I was happy with the buying experience, and hope to be able to say I'm happy with future service. I would recommend the dealership, the car brand, and the purchasing experience.

The whole experience was much better than I had expected. JJ (our sales rep) was right on top of every aspect of the journey. All questions were answered with a smile and friendly banter. Although it was our first time dealing with them, JJ quickly gained our confidence and the car is much more than I had anticipated.
