Just bought my 3rd Hyundai from Murdock of Logan. They've always treated me well and I've never had a problem with their cars (aside from normal, minor maintenance you have with any car). This time around JJ (my sales rep) went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. He let me test drive several models to get a feel for each one. They didn't have the color I wanted, so JJ called around. He managed to find the exact make, model, and color I wanted at a dealership on the Wasatch front. JJ did a trade and I was able to pick up my new car the next day. When it came to the paperwork, both JJ and Dallin (my finance rep) let me know what options were available to me. However, they listened to what I had to say and didn't pressure me when I declined an option. Service, friendliness, and quality is how you get repeat business. Murdock does it right. I'll look at them first when I'm shopping for my 4th Hyundai in another 7-10 years.

I immediately felt comfortable with JJ. I selected a vehicle with JJ's help. He showed me some features and let me test drive the vehicle. JJ remained enthusiastic and friendly when I asked him to explain things multiple times to me. I was uncertain of how much money I wanted to put down so JJ ran the numbers multiple times and waited patiently for me to decide. Very easy to work with. They made the whole process very simple. I am a business owner from the Salt Lake Valley area and they had a Ford transit van that was a good price and in very good condition. Had to get over torqued wheel locks off since Big O destroyed them. The service advisor Nick Knecht was extremely helpful in getting me in quick without an appointment. I was also very fortunate enough to get the help from an Auto tech named Braden Hulce who went above and beyond to help get the over torqued locking lug off. These two dudes saved the weekend.
